1. Yesterday-We are proud of it.
In 1992, Fengcheng Crane Electronic Equipment Manufactory Co., Ltd, the previous name of Hua-Wu was founded by a group of forethoughtful people under the great China economic reforming and opening background. At the beginning of the business, the company was facing to huge difficulties in facilities, technologies and finance supporting. It, however, never stops the company’s ambitious steps. “Make the best products and to be the best services” the simple motto has always been guiding our aim. After six years development, not only the capital accumulation has been finished, but also many creative and patent types of equipment have been manufactured. By its good reputation, in 1998, the company structured a shared-based relationship with Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co.，Ltd (ZPMC), a world-famous manufacturer of cranes and large steel structures in the world. The new joined-venture company signed a 20-years-contract for supplying brake devices to ZPMC. Since then, Huawu’s products have accompanied with ZPMC to go abroad to over 40 countries and regions. The company’s exporting business absolutely benefited the whole Chinese brake industry expansion to international markets.
Thence, the production capacity was developed rapidly and technology power was improved a lot. Finally, our braking products entered the international market, we contribute our power for the technology development of braking industry and taking its place in the world.

3. Tomorrow-we are ready!
Huawu’s innovation is not simply in the products, but also in the organization. The company has been re-organized to be a public limited company in Dec, 2007. Beside the previous share holder ZPMC, two venture capitals, Shenzhen CDF-Capital company limited, have been brought into the new structure. We believe that the participations of Shenzhen CDF and ZPMC will definitely contribute and benefit the company's long-term development and flotation in public.
In the new period, our new corporation prospects will be excising in office automation, corporate governance and HR strategy development by the effective departments.
